The 12oz selvedge denim fabric is custom woven in Japan using short-staple, American cotton for an organic and uneven appearance. The yarns are woven at a low tension on old-fashioned shuttle looms, further enriching the denim’s vintage texture. By skipping the oft-applied finishing processes of skewing and singeing, the jeans retain an authentic and rich feel. Finished with copper rivets, contrast stitching, and a one-wash treatment to reduce further shrinkage.
