Duties and Taxes
Canada
Orders shipped within Canada are subject to applicable sales taxes based on the destination province or territory. The appropriate taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
USA and International
All orders are shipped from Vancouver, BC, Canada. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. As customs regulations vary by country, we are unable to predict or control these fees. If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, any return shipping costs, customs charges, and related fees incurred by sycamore. will be deducted from any store credit issued for the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns and exchanges:
sycamore. accepts returns for exchange or store credit on regular-priced items in unworn condition, with all original packaging and tags. No refunds.
All undergarments, socks, and sale items are final sale. Shipping and customs fees are not refundable.
Returns must be initiated and mailed back within 10 days of delivery date or in-store purchase/pickup.
