46G Solaro Trousers - Black Brown

A baggy-fit two-pleat trouser crafted from an original twill knit developed on KANEMASA PHIL.’s proprietary 46G high-gauge machine. The fabric combines recycled polyester and recycled Suvin cotton, reproducing the structure of woven twill in a knitted construction. A two-bath dyeing process, using separate dye baths to color the cotton and polyester components, creates a solaro effect traditionally associated with woven fabrics. The calculated color combination on the face and reverse produces a surface that shifts in appearance depending on the viewing angle. Resin finishing adds structure, while singeing refines the surface. The fabric provides stretch and resistance to creasing and deformation during wear. The trousers are cut with a generous width through the thigh and leg, creating a baggy silhouette. Three front snap buttons provide a distinctive detail against the otherwise clean construction.
