46G Solaro Raglan Coat - Black Brown

A standard-fit raglan-sleeve balmacaan coat crafted from an original twill knit developed on KANEMASA PHIL.’s proprietary 46G high-gauge machine. The fabric combines recycled polyester and recycled Suvin cotton, reproducing the structure of woven twill in a knitted construction. A two-bath dyeing process, using separate dye baths to colour the cotton and polyester components, creates a solaro effect traditionally associated with woven fabrics. The calculated colour combination on the face and reverse produces a surface that shifts in appearance depending on the viewing angle. Resin finishing adds structure, while singeing refines the surface. The fabric provides stretch and resistance to creasing and deformation during wear. Constructed at a specialized Japanese coat factory, the coat omits lining except through the sleeves, leaving the interior binding exposed. Finished with a concealed button placket, two front pockets, and two interior pockets.
